Sri Sharavi undertook the ambitious goal of becoming sustainably certified, recognising a clear shift in guest expectations toward more responsible hospitality. As sustainability becomes a defining standard in the industry, they saw the need to align with global best practices, but weren’t sure where to begin.

 

They reached out to Spark for guidance on the certification process. Our response began with GSTC-aligned training for their management team through an intensive two-day course. This was followed by a comprehensive audit of hotel operations. From there, we worked closely with each department, reviewing systems, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements, to elevate their sustainability performance and prepare them for Green Destinations certification.
