After a challenging period in the tourism industry in Sri Lanka, Pepper was prepared to reclaim its position as a market leader in Sustainable Tourism Experiences.

Spark was enlisted to audit Pepper's existing experiences and design new ones to make a significant impact at the beginning of the 2023/2024 season.

Our focus was on four key areas: Colombo, Galle, Tea Country, and the Cultural Triangle. We applied a sustainability framework to enhance each experience and position Pepper as a market leader in sustainability.
