KK recognised that sustainability is no longer optional, it’s expected. With more guests seeking out environmentally and socially responsible stays, the hotel made the bold decision to pursue sustainability certification. While the ambition was clear, the pathway wasn’t, so they turned to Spark for expert guidance.

Our first step was to equip KK’s leadership with the right tools and knowledge through a focused two-day GSTC training. We then carried out a full operational audit to understand how the hotel functioned across departments. From housekeeping to procurement, we collaborated closely with teams to embed sustainable practices, streamline systems, and ensure they met the standards required for Green Destinations readiness.
